Service is available in Orlando. ProgUSA has a service shop at 356 Harbour Isle Way, Longwood, FL. and uses a local Orlando Calibration lab with NIST traceability for calibrations. If ProgUSA is unable to repair the products we sell, we take care of export and import back to USA to make repairs simplified for the US customer.

Sales Model: Technical sales reps companies are appointed by ProgUSA in their respective specific geographic territories to handle the products across the US. See our website to locate one nearest you. US rep companies are selected based on experience, competence and synergistic product line. Local tech sales reps have familiarity and contacts in power utilities with a focus on substation maintenance department. Presently there are 10 sub-rep companies in US with 30 related sales guys on the road.

Business Model: All orders come to ProgUSA from US customers. ProgUSA orders product from foreign suppliers, imports and ships to US customer, then collects payment and pays local geographical rep commission for sales in their respective territories. Post sale support for warranty repairs, non-warranty repairs or calibrations is handled by ProgUSA in Orlando.

Marketing: ProgUSA exhibits at 2-3 major trade shows in USA per year. It assists local reps with regional trade shows as agreed. ProgUSA maintains an active customer database and does eblasts on a regular basis to announce new products and educate its email list with application notes and new techniques. Occasional paper ads have been used in the past with little measureable success. Focused customer promo’s on certain hot products has best recent success.
