Batteries can be properly maintained more easily and efficiently using the
TMC 2001E™ Battery Management System. Misread measurement values have
become a thing of the past. You never have to jot anything down by hand or
search for old test results. This package includes a data logger that’s
ideal for testing battery cells and also the TMC95™ program that runs
under Windows®.
In many ways, the convenient data logger resembles an advanced digital multimeter
that can both store and process readings. In addition to cell voltages, it
can store cell temperatures, density, ripple voltage and voltage drops across
connections.
The TMC 2001E™ can be used for periodic inspections, discharge tests
and cycling tests conducted in accordance with IEC450, IEEE1188 and similar
standards. When testing is completed, you can print out all readings immediately
in table form or transfer them from the TMC 2001E™ to a personal computer
running the TMC95™ program under Windows®. TMC95™ stores
information about the batteries and the test results in databases, and test
results can be presented in the form of curves, bar charts or tables. Cells
having deviant readings can be easily identified, and you can readily see
how a cell’s readings change over time. A convenient cut-and-paste
function enables you to transfer values to other programs running under Windows®.
The TMC 2001E is ideal for capacity testing together with the Programma TORKEL™ and ISA Test BTS200 Battery

The CS4001 Battery Testing System comprises a multi-channel testing
unit and a control/analysis program that runs under Windows® on a PC.
The CS4001 measures cell voltages, terminal voltage and current.
This system enables you to conduct capacity tests far more efficiently, since
cell voltages are measured automatically as the test proceeds. Moreover,
results are more accurate since the cells are measured more often and virtually
simultaneously. Density and currents can also be entered manually or read
in from DMA35N Test Units or a TMC 2001E™ Battery Management System.
The system is fast-measuring, every tenth second all cells are measured and
it takes only a few seconds. As a result, comparisons of cell readings are
more realistic than when slower systems are used (manual systems for example).
The results are presented graphically as curves and bar charts or in tables.
The tables can be printed immediately if so desired. Cells with deviant readings
can be identified easily, and results obtained on different occasions can
be compared with each other.
The CS4001 and TMC95™ are ideal for capacity testing when
used together with the Programma TORKEL™ and ISA Test BTS200 Battery Load Unit. The TMC95™ program
can start, pause and stop TORKEL™. These three products form a complete
capacity testing system in which the TMC95™ controls testing, the CS4001 logs
cell voltages, total voltage and current and the TORKEL™ handles discharging. |
