SF6 Gas Analysis
Synecom analyzers deliver accurate, repeatable assessment of SF6 purity and moisture. The SF6 Gas Analyzer measures multiple parameters to verify gas quality per CEI EN 60480, including SF6, SO2, CO, H2S, HF, and dew-point, with data downloadable to USB. A closed-loop system guarantees no SF6 gas leaks during analysis.
The SF6 Micro Gas Analyzer offers a smaller, lighter alternative measuring up to three parameters (SF6, SO2, and dew-point) per the same standard. Gas analyzed and stored within the unit can be safely returned to the compartment through its pump-back function.
SF6 Gas Leak Detection
The portable SF6 Sniffer automatically adapts its measurement range to the gas concentration present at the detection site. The SF6 Leak Detector locates and measures leaks across all SF6-containing equipment.
For permanent installations, the Fixed SF6 Leak Detection System with control unit detects dispersed SF6 in real time, giving precise readings on the network monitor for indoor sites.
SF6 Recovery and Treatment
Synecom recovery and treatment units handle gas safely while supporting purification and reuse. The flagship PoInt Portable Integrated cart combines four functions in one platform, air vacuum, SF6 recovery, SF6 refill, and filtering, performed simultaneously. Its integrated filter reduces humidity and removes decomposition byproducts, enabling recycling on site.
The ACTIVE recirculation and dehumidification system filters SF6 directly within compartments. The BASIC unit is suited to recovery in medium- and high-voltage air-insulated switchgear (AIS) and particle accelerators, reaching less than 1 mbar abs in compliance with CEI EN 62271-4. The EASY service cart provides simple, fully automated SF6 handling in a compact design.
SF6 Filling
The Flow V0 and Flow V1 filling units transfer gas from a cylinder to a compartment with regulated outlet pressure and an integrated scale for monitoring transferred quantity. The Comfort Flow adds a certified weighing system for straightforward data reporting required under EU 2024/573.
