ProgUSA Announces Merger with Cardinal Power and Launch of Power Quality Services Division
Orlando, FL – ProgUSA LLC is pleased to announce that Cardinal Power is merging with ProgUSA and will operate as part of the newly established ProgUSA Power Quality Services Division. This integration strengthens ProgUSA’s commitment to helping industrial and commercial clients solve complex electrical performance challenges.
By bringing Cardinal Power’s field expertise and technical experience into the ProgUSA organization, the combined team now delivers a broader range of diagnostic, engineering, and corrective power quality solutions under one unified platform.
Mark Shirah joins ProgUSA as Director of Engineering and Project Services. Mark brings more than 40 years of combined family and hands-on experience in power quality, grounding systems, and energy efficiency solutions. He will lead technical scoping, system analysis, and project execution for the division.
Brian Tovtin will lead Business Development for the new division. Brian brings extensive experience in power quality sales and will focus on expanding client relationships and driving new project growth across key markets.
