Portable SF6 Recovery (up to 69KV)
GRU-4 PLUS
Oil-less compressor rated to 500 psi for reliable liquefaction in warm climates. Handles SF6 gas evacuation, drying, particulate filtration to 0.1 microns, and refilling for circuit breakers up to 69KV. Suited for small-volume equipment and consolidating partially used gas cylinders.
Medium Scale Recovery (up to 115KV)
GRU-7 PLUS
Wheeled cart configuration for SF6 handling in breakers up to 115KV. 100% oil-less compressor with 1000:1 compression ratio and up to 1000 psi. Optional external tank expansion for added storage flexibility.
Large Scale Recovery (up to 230KV)
GRU-8 PLUS
High-volume system for transmission-class breakers up to 230KV. Better than 99.9% SF6 recovery rate. Available as wheeled cart, skid, or utility trailer. Onboard storage with unlimited expansion through auxiliary tank connections. Single-valve operation for ease of use in the field.
SF6 Gas Transfer Unit
GTU PLUS
Purpose-built for transferring SF6 gas between storage cylinders and equipment without venting. Suitable for consolidating gas from multiple partially filled cylinders into storage for reuse.

Dedicated storage tank for recovered SF6 gas. Used alongside GRU series recovery units when additional on-site storage capacity is required.

Transformer Oil Purification Systems
Vacuum Process for Dehydration & Degas of Transformer Oils
ENERVAC's high vacuum process for transformer oil purification is used to dehydrate and degasify electrical insulating liquids such as transformer oils, polybutene, and silicone fluids, enhancing and maintaining their dielectric strength. This process removes free and soluble water, dissolved air and gases, and particulate matter.
Key applications of high vacuum degasifiers are in extra high voltage transmission and electrical apparatus manufacturing. Additionally, the process is used for degasifying cable oils, including polybutene, and has applications beyond the electrical industry, such as in electronic and radar equipment, vacuum pump sealing oils, brake fluids, and refrigeration oils, including phosphate esters and silicones. Systems sizes range from large custom semi-trailer mounts with generators to a very portable ‘Mini’ degassifier hand cart for effective temporary degassing.

Standard platform for dehydration, degasification, and particulate filtration of transformer oils and insulating fluids. Removes free and dissolved water, dissolved gases, and particulate matter to restore dielectric strength. Available in configurations from portable carts to semi-trailer mounts.
